The world needs to increase the amount of renewable energy to battle climate change. Glint Solar is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the growth of solar energy by making it fast and simple to find the best solar project locations.

Glint Solar was founded in 2020 with the mission of accelerating the adoption of solar energy across the globe. Today we are counting 30+ employees, an increasing number of customers from all over the world and we have exciting times ahead. We are scaling!

We are now looking for growth-minded Account Executives who will help us scale international sales and ensure strong customer engagement.

About the role
As an Account Executive at Glint Solar, you’ll take the reins of one or more key geographical markets, owning the entire process from initial outreach to closing deals. If you thrive on the excitement of exploring new territories and navigating the uncertainties of emerging markets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In the coming year, our sales department is set to expand and venture into new markets, and we’re seeking proactive sales professionals with SaaS experience. We’re looking for individuals who can work independently, drive outbound sales through structured cold outreach, demonstrate a strong track record in navigating new challenges, and are ready to drive growth in this exciting phase of our journey.

About you
You bring 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, consistently exceeding sales targets throughout your career. With a keen interest in outbound sales, you have a strong track record of selling internationally and a genuine curiosity about understanding diverse target audiences.

Collaboration is key for you; you thrive in a team environment, working closely with both the commercial team and our friends in Product. You’re experienced with CRM systems (we use HubSpot), maintaining excellent CRM hygiene and leveraging sales analytics effectively.

You pride yourself on possessing a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to get the job done. You take pride in being a team player and contributing wherever needed., In our startup environment, adaptability is crucial as we continuously improve our products and processes, and you also enjoy navigating the unknown and finding solutions. An interest or background in renewable energy is a plus.

You also possess the right to work in the EU/EEA and have excellent communication skills in German, French, or Spanish, in addition to English.
