The Technology and Operational Support (TOS) unit, a group of 240 specialists based in Norway and Germany, plays a pivotal role in realizing these goals. TOS supports Hydro’s commercial and operational units, focusing on profitability and sustainability improvements in the short and medium term, while also leading long-term R&D projects like HalZero.

We are now seeking an Administration consultant and document controller to the Finance and Business Support team in TOS. In this role you will work closely with the team to keep our business system framework updated, in addition to provide administrative and practical support to the TOS organization. You will act as location administrator in Porsgrunn.

You will work on

  • Responsibility for document Controlling and Project Administration. Manage and coordinate document control tasks in projects. Establish and maintain document management systems and continuously improve document management processes.
  • Project support on Omega365 as well as support project creation, revision, and closure. Maintenance of master data.
  • Administrative support for onboarding and serve as contact person for visits and enquiries and assist with management tasks and processes.
  • Tool support, administration, and training in: SAP Cats, SharePoint, Omega365 and INOSA.
  • Support on controlling and budgeting activities and procurement. Estimate and follow up on financial targets, budgeting, reporting and project accounting.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related administrative field (e.g., business management, finance, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Good knowledge of SAP business system and Omega365 project management system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other IT systems such as SharePoint online tools.
  • Accountability and ownership of tasks.

You would also ideally have

  • Good communication skills.
  • Enjoy teamwork as well as working individually.
  • Systematic and structured.
